This presentation articulated Madhi Foundation’s approach to addressing the foundational learning crisis in Tamil Nadu, bringing together policy context, programme design, partnerships, impact metrics, and future plans into a unified narrative for funders, government, and institutional stakeholders.

My role:Led narrative framing, structured the end-to-end storyline, developed content in close collaboration with programme and leadership teams, and designed the presentation in its entirety. The work focused on simplifying complex systems, establishing a clear theory of change, and communicating impact, credibility, and intent across audiences with varying levels of familiarity with the work.
